Candice is known for her ability to quickly assess complexity, align leadership, and design systems that support growth instead of slowing it down.

At Dun & Bradstreet, she rose to become the #1 Executive Consultant nationally, recognized for translating complex challenges into actionable solutions and building trusted client relationships.
At Procter & Gamble, she spent nearly a decade leading cross-functional global teams across multiple billion-dollar brands, aligning enterprise strategy with operational architecture and execution.
At Chiquita Brands International, she led enterprise-wide process improvement initiatives, bridging Finance and IT and creating global portfolio management frameworks.
At Sealed Air Corporation, she built global credit risk and transition processes supporting $7B+ in enterprise operations and led complex shared-services transformations.
Across each role, Candice consistently operated at the intersection of strategy, execution, and people.
