ACE (Allegiant Commercial Expert LLC) was Founded by Candice Gaddy to support you as a Trusted (Allegiant) Partner. Candice leverages 20+ years of corporate experience starting at Dun & Bradstreet (helping all size businesses), then leveraging her finance degree for businesses ranging from startups to Global Billion-dollar companies such as P&G, Chiquita, and Sealed Air. Most recently she has been Focused on leading a Global Software tech company. All of these experiences have allowed her to develop skills to educate business owners quickly and effectively implement the customized strategic changes needed.

As a continual learner by she also became Scrum/Agile certified, Certified International Coach, master's in executive leadership, Lean Six Sigma Certified and most recently an International Best Selling Author/Speaker. All of these experiences allow her to walk in any situation and lead change with agility by successfully applying the right strategies to drive growth.

What truly separates ACE from others is not simply experience, rather that combined with my personal passion to bounce back with tenacity. After her 2nd child was born, life hit her with a postpartum stroke & Brain hemorrhage, leaving her life forever changed with the diagnosis of epilepsy. After fighting her way back to a “normal career” only to be laid off from her then progressive and “successful career”.

Candice intimately knows transition and how life moments can change EVERYTHING. This Entrepreneurial journey is NOT for the weak and takes a lot of determination. Candice is on a personal mission more than ever to see businesses grow and thrive not just professionally but to win in life holistically enabling personal balance!
